Below is all the information that was sent via sports engine to follow up from the Parents/Players Meetings. A lot of your questions can be answered below.  If you have any questions, please let us know. 

• Sports engine app- Use this to communicate with your coach regarding missing practices or tournaments. The sooner they know the better! 

  • The message feature is best for this. HOW TO SEND A MESSAGE TO YOUR COACH

• Adding someone to the Sports engine app - Use the link below to add your daughter, mom, dad, etc to the sport engine app to receive messages and the chat. 

  • ADD A GUARDIAN to sports engine app

• Practices begin the week of January 3rd- check your practice schedule on your team page or in the sports engine app for your team’s start day and time. 

  • If you have a tournament on a weekend practice day, this practice day will not be made up.

• USAV Membership- This needs to be upgraded to a full membership by Monday December 6th. Directions on how to do this are here: UPGRADE USAV MEMBERSHIP 

  • Juniors Memberships, then purchase or upgrade memberships

• Club assignment/acceptance link- Please click the link below and connect your daughter to Lineshot. You will not need to purchase a membership unless you have not upgraded to a full membership. This needs to be done first, then complete the link below. 

  • CLUB ASSIGNMENT/ACCEPTANCE LINK

• Players fee registration: 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U- needed to be completed by November 30th. 15U, 16U and 17U- Needs to be completed by December 6th.

• Reserve your hotel rooms NOW for the large tournaments in Columbus- Springfest, President’s Cup and Regionals. 

• Uniforms will be handed out at practice in January/February. Your daughter will have her uniforms in time for her first tournament. 

  • You can order spirit wear at any time during the season as well.
